Flite installs, maintains, repairs, and operates ATMs and other in-branch automated solutions. Flite utilizes in-house certified technicians to perform first line maintenance and second line repairs with a goal to maximize equipment uptime and customer service availability of equipment. We use remote management system software to monitor equipment status, perform remote diagnostics and, in many cases, for to perform remote repair and maintenance. With our remote monitoring software, we are also able to access the device’s local software applications and assist our clients with screen, BIN, and software management, without the high cost of physically visiting the ATM.
